Game on! A new foosball table promotes team spirit and fair play

Excitement, movement, and plenty of team spirit: the German International School Accra is happy to introduce a new highlight on campus – a professional-level foosball table.

To ensure that everyone can enjoy it safely and for a long time, Robert Ludtke took the time to explain the rules and expected behaviour to our students in small groups. Together, they discussed what respectful play looks like, how to take turns, and why it is important to treat the equipment with care. The children listened attentively and immediately put what they had learned into practice with great enthusiasm.

A very special thank-you goes to Dr. Dr. Michael Keweloh. A former student who attended our school in the late 1970s, he recently visited GISA together with his family. Through a generous donation to the school’s support association, he made the purchase of this high-quality foosball table possible.

The new table connects generations, encourages fair play, and adds many joyful moments to our break times. Game on – and have fun playing together!
